Art Flick was a man of many talents. The “Streamside Guide” author ran a tavern near Schoharie Creek and fought hard for the trout stream’s conservation, finally coming out on top when New York State gave its first “no-kill” section designation to the creek in 1962. In addition, he was also an exceptional fly tier, and we invite you to take a look at a few of his flies that reside in our collection.
