B.F. Meek & Sons No. 44

In original unblemished condition, the B.F. Meek & Sons No. 44 is one of the most beautiful of American fly reels, appearing to be carved out of a single block of nickel-silver. Although it wasn’t made in this way, it is undoubtedly a solid and precisely made machine. Like all of the finest Meek products, the model 44 exudes class. It was intended for gentlemen anglers who could afford to own and use the best.
